The founder story

Follow-through has always been the work.

I learned it first as a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour: a great shot depends on solid impact which comes from consistent and precise follow through. Discipline, composure, and finishing the motion matter.

Later, as a VP of Operational Integrations, I became known for getting the hard, cross-functional work done. I saw how much time teams lose forcing generic tools to behave like their business.  For 15 years at a SAAS company I led several client operations teams: Implementation, Onboarding, Support, Data Exchange, Billing and Compliance.  I am now excited to lean on my experience of creating new processes, and fixing and improving broken ones to build custom solutions to solve the problems your business is facing.
